  • How long does it take to build a website??

    It takes approximately 2-4 weeks to build out your website from start to finish, granted we have all of the information from you. 

  • How much do you charge per website?

    Our website packages cost anywhere from $950-$1700, but this all depends on what type of website and add-on you will need. 

  • How do we communicate throughout the website build?

    Before we get started with any project we get on a Zoom meeting or phone call to discuss the project and complete our web questionnaire. Once we get started the majority of the communication through email. 


    This allows the process to be easier and helps us to have all of the information saved to come back to it later. Once the website is done and uploaded online, we will train you and your staff on how to edit your website.

  • What will you need from clients?

    Depending on what type of website you would like us to build for you we might need...


    • Images of you, your staff & products
    • Content for your website ie... wording & service descriptions
    • Staff Profiles
    • Videos 
    • Login info to your existing website
  • Why are you so affordable?

    Yeah, we have been asked this question many times over. We take time getting to know your business and what the customer's experience will be on your website. With all of this info, we start designing your website. We are more affordable than larger web agencies because ......


    1. We work remotely so that means that you are not paying for office expenses or free lunch Fridays.


    2. We are a small team that takes on a limited amount of clients per year. You won't be talking to a sales manager,  but the owners, a.k.a Ariel or Maria.  

  • Do you offer a payment schedule?

    Yes. All our website packages are split up into 3 payments....

    • 35% down (in order to get the project started)
    • 35% once the website has been sent for review
    • 30% before the site goes live online 
  • I already have a website, can I move it to you?

    Yes. We would just do a redesign using our platform. 


    You can keep your domain as is, we provide the Hosting, SSL & CMS system and will make the process simple and easy for you. You don’t have to worry about your site going down at any time. 

  • What kind of updates can I make for free?

    Once we have designed the site for your business or company you will be given the option to either have limited or full access to your site.


    Limited Access allows you to edit any images, wording, blog & e-commerce on your site, but will not allow you to change the look or layout of your website.


    Full Access allows you to edit the whole website from the design layout, wording, images, blog, to e-commerce, widgets add or remove pages and so much more. 


  • Can I get a full refund?

    The initial deposit of 35% is required to get started on any project and is non-refundable. Any other payments that have been made afterward can be discussed and a refund will be determined based on the work that has already been completed. 

  • Does a privacy policy & term of service count as a page?

    No. You can add a Privacy Policy & Terms of Conditions at no extra charge. The one thing we would like for you to be aware of is that we are not lawyers so we cannot create the content for any of those pages.
